This Rent Back Option gives you a choice of renting your Villa which you have bought from Richmonde Park to Richmonde Holidays on a yearly basis. In this scheme, every month Richmonde Holidays pays you a rent on your property. This option also offsets your monthly maintenance charge. So when your property is not in use by you, it is maintained by Richmonde Holidays and 'ON RENT' which gives you a monthly income.

When you need your property, all you have to do is inform Richmonde Holidays in advance, so that the property is not given on Rent during that period.
